Using this help center
Two ways to get help inside the app, plus printable guides. 1. The manual (this help): open Help from the menu, use the search box to filter the sections. 2. The assistant: ask your question in the chat on the help page, in your own language. The assistant answers from this manual: short steps, exact button names. It does not know your personal records; for live data it points you to the right screen. 3. Printable guides: at the top of this page, two download buttons open PDF guides (each in English, Luganda and Swahili): the Farmer sign-up guide and the SPEAQ ID guide. Use them to print or share offline. Still stuck? Ask your Fellow or the hub team.
